Approach

Started with the brochure project. During early conversations, we identified bigger opportunities to improve their digital presence. The project scope evolved naturally from there.

Focused on building systems they could own, not creating dependency. Website came with SEO. Social came with strategy and training.

What Made This Work

Good collaboration throughout. We stayed aligned on goals and the project evolved naturally as we worked together.

Focus on systems meant lasting value. Their team can now manage updates and maintain consistency without constant support.

They got capability, not dependency.

Key Insights

Projects succeed when you look beyond the immediate request. Through conversations we discovered the brochure was a part of a bigger issue, their entire digital presence needed attention.

Systems create lasting value. One-off deliverables only go so far. A website without SEO is incomplete. Social templates without strategy don't work.

Training the team means they're self-sufficient. They only need help when they're ready for the next level, not for day-to-day management.
